From 13 to 17 April 2025 (Easter holidays), a very special time-out full of relaxation, movement and nature awaits you and your loved ones. The retreat is ideal for parents who want to take time for themselves while their children discover, experience and marvel. This retreat gives you space to be outside and room for lightness.
The retreat programme (subject to minor changes)
One parent can take part in the yoga courses for adults and children, and one child can take part in the children's courses, either alone or accompanied by a parent.

16.45-18.00: Yoga ‘Be Here Now’ - A yoga session to consciously arrive. In your body, in this moment.
Monday, 14.04.2025
07.45-08.45: Yoga ‘Strong Core’ - An intensive core yoga unit in which we specifically activate and strengthen the centre of the body.
15.45-16.30: Imaginative children's yoga ‘Journey into space’ (recommended: 3-7 years)
16.45-18.00: ‘Deep Release’ - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with a focus on deep stretching and slow letting go.

07.45-08.45: ‘Root & Grow Yoga’ - Vinyasa Flow for strength and self-confidence
16.00-16.30: Dream journey for children (recommended: 4-7 years)
16.45-18.00: ‘Happy Back’ - Fascia Yoga with a focus on the lower back and hips.

07.45-08.45: ‘Good Morning Flow’ - gently and dynamically get the whole body moving
15.45-16.30: Imaginative children's yoga ‘Forest Spirits’ (recommended: 3-7 years)
16.45-18.00: ‘Happy Neck’ - Yang & Yin Yoga for shoulders & neck
Thursday, 17.04.2025
07.30-08.30: ‘Rise & Shine Yoga’ - Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on backbends & twists
Followed by a final meditation (10 minutes)
