Snowflakes swirling through the air, footsteps crunching in the snow and the slopes glittering: Winter on the Plose is magical. When the Dolomites are dressed in white, the winter hiking trails and slopes invite you to venture outside and get moving. It doesn’t matter whether you are a ski newbie or whether you already feel at home in the Plose ski area. Small and large accomplishments, winter discovery tours and magical memories are guaranteed for the whole family.

Hit the slopes!

Master the art of skiing carefree – it’s achievable right here. We work closely with the local ski school and are happy to organise children’s ski courses on the Plose with shuttle service, instructors and support on site. The shuttle service also takes experienced skiers to and from the ski area, while the youngest children engage in learning on the small AKI ski slope with a magic carpet directly within the hotel premises. And even a ski room and equipment are available for you: Our ski rental at the resort provides everything you need for your adventures on the slopes.

Snow and ice

It’s not just ski slopes that come winding down the snow-covered slopes of the Plose. The RudiRun toboggan run is also part of the ski area and extends over four kilometres to the middle station or over nine kilometres into the valley. We bet your ski goggles won’t stay dry! If you prefer to glide over the ice on skates, you will find the opportunity to do so in the area, either on frozen natural lakes or on the ice rinks in nearby villages and towns.

Forests dressed in white

Like walking on cotton wool... You can do that around the AKI if Ms. Holle has done her job well. We accompany you on guided family hikes through snow-covered fields, glittering white forests and passing icy streams. Of course, you can also trudge through the winter world on snowshoes and enjoy the wonders of nature.
